Today, I observed two (2) substitute staff members seated at the outdoor tables beneath the shade canopy while children were playing in various areas of the playground. One (1) child was on the back side of the climber, one (1) child was at the swings, and one (1) child was in the green half-egg–shaped sit-and-spin. Additionally, two (2) children in wheelchairs were positioned beside the two staff members. | |||
