Helen Parks the center director is an awful supervisor. She talks about the employees behind their backs. She yell at your kids. She is so fake! The upper management team is mislead by the fake impressions she makes when they are around. Just know you don’t work with her all the time. So the employees see and hear everything. It’s her way or no way. What she don’t realize is all of the employees stick together and everything that she says gets back around. What she don’t know is she’s setting herself up for failure with the discrimination, bullying, and lying. Don’t fall for what you see on the outside just know you’ll see the inside soon. If you’re planning on working there keep riding by...children deserve quality education and If you’re looking for quality do your research.
