Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) My facility was cited for not having a garbage/waste agreement between the daycare and the school facility. This was corrected by having an agreement typed out and signed by both parties. My facility was also cited for not having a shaken baby syndrome paper posted in the area of the daycare facility. This will be corrected by hanging a poster for the shaken baby syndrome in an area that is easily accessible to clients an employees. |
